My another idea is to leave my current base for a while and go further and start a new one in new version, this will make those problems less noticeable but I will probably have to solve them anyway. Is there a way to prevent it? I tried to help with zombie sieges by placing villagers locked in small boxes with doors to make everything count as one great village so they spawn outside and I think it helped a little.Īlso, villagers got changed in 1.15 so it means I will have to rebuild their houses and cells to allow them for living, but idk what will happen with them and their trades, will they start leveled fully like they are now, or will I have to trade my way back up. Problem is, My main base is built near and in village, I have door rooms underground there and trading cells, that will mean it will probably trigger pillager raids and cause them to spawn inside my base(Like zombie sieges do now). What issues may I encounter doing this? I know that it will probably mean new chunks in nether and overworld won't match and look glitched, I even have an idea to fly around with elytra and generate old chunks in ~3000x3000 square and build some kind of wall that will separate new and old world possibly creating layers if I update to newer versions, and do the same with nether.

I have my current survival world on 1.11.2, it was created on 1.10, I want to update it to get the village and pillage and later the nether update.
